Hog Hill Barn, Taiapa Valley
Finished in late 2016, this architecturally designed and stylised barn was made for open plan living with a major emphasis on indoor-outdoor flow. With a huge open plan kitchen, dinning, living and lounge all in one, it's perfect for both entertaining or to just unwind. Having two large decks on both the eastern and western sides you can enjoy the outdoor feels all year around no matter what way the winds are blowing.
Motutara Road Home, Muriwai
This original 55sqm bach in Muriwai was completely gutted and re-trussed, and an additional 75sqm extension was added on the back to create a modest 3 bedroom family home.
Constable Road Home & Minor Dwelling
A new 5 bedroom block and cedar home built to handle the elements on the exposed west coast of Auckland. A 60sqm minor dwelling was also built as separate accommodation.
Taiapa Road Home
A 1920’s bungalow relocated from One Tree Hill to Muriwai, it was completely stripped out and extended, modernising it throughout while keeping as much of the original character as possible.
A separate studio and garage was also built to provide accommodation for guests.
Ara Kakara Avenue Home
Completed in 2019, this new 4 bedroom family home clad in beautiful redwood cladding is a mix of modern and rustic styling.
